SEMIX Mobile 60 S4 is equipped with 1500/1000 liters capacity Concrete mixers which can be a single shaft, twin shaft, or planetary type mixers. In SEMIX Concrete Mixers NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wearings are used according to the Concrete recipe’s sillicium ratio.

Aggregate storage hoppers can be fed by wheeled loaders with a single ramp. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor which transfers aggregates to the transfer conveyor. Having two separate conveyors providing accuracy in weighing and performance for reaching higher Concrete outputs.

All SEMIX Concrete Batching Plants are being controlled by a SCADA system with a Schneider PLC integrated. Users can follow all used materials and integrate it their CRM system. SEMIX's engineering team can intervene in the Automation system online to provide service.
SEMIX Mobile 60 S4 ist mit Betonmischern mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 1500/1000 Litern ausgestattet, die als Einwellen-, Doppelwellen- oder Planetenmischer ausgeführt sein können. Entsprechend des Siliziumanteils der Betonrezeptur, werden bei den SEMIX Betonmischern NiHard4 oder Hardox 450 Verschleißteile verwendet.

Zuschlagstoff-Speicherbehälter können mit Radladern mit einer einzigen Rampe bestückt werden. Die Zuschlagstoffe werden im Wiegeförderer gewogen, der die Zuschlagstoffe auf den Übergabeförderer übergibt. Zwei getrennte Förderer sorgen für Genauigkeit beim Wiegen und erreichen eine höhere Betonleistung.

Alle SEMIX-Betondosieranlagen werden von einem SCADA-System mit integrierter Schneider-SPS gesteuert. Die Benutzer können alle verwendeten Materialien nachverfolgen und in ihr CRM-System integrieren. Zu Servicezwecken kann das Ingenieurteam von SEMIX online in das Automatisierungssystem eingreifen.
SEMIX Mobil 60 S4, je opremljen sa mešalicom kapaciteta 1500/1000 litara, koja može biti jednoosovinska, dvoosovinska i planetarna. U SEMIX mešalicama NiHard4 ili Hardox 450 legure se koriste u skladu sa omerom silicijuma u receptu za beton.
