The VC999-85.47i shrink tank works on the principle of synchronized immersion in hot water. A high output capacity is achievable thanks to fully automatic operation. Electric infeed and outlet conveyors (option) linked to the main tank control system help to automate the packaging process. They make it possible to arrange the tank and the vacuum machine not only in a straight line, but also in a right angle position.

The VC999 33.78 Dryer has been designed to compliment the range of VC999 vacuum packaging machinery. Although ideal for use with the VC999 systems the 33.78 Dryer can be incorporated into other packaging installations. The products, still wet from the shrinking process, are conveyed by the feed rollers to the mesh conveyor belt of the VC999 33.78 Dryer. The highly efficient fans system with multiple rotating blowers (top-bottom) dries the product whatever the shape or size. The blowing intervals can be adjusted and controlled for any type of product.
